Wind advisory issued for New Jersey

TRENTON, N.J. (AP) - October 7, 2009

The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory for the entire state from 10 a.m. until midnight.

Forecasters say winds will pick up as a cold front crosses the state. Forecasters say winds of 20 to 25 mph could pack gusts around 45 mph.

The winds could down tree limbs and make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

The National Weather Service says the wind speed will diminish through the evening, but remain gusty through Thursday morning.
