Family members have identified the victim as 15-year old Wanya Wells.
They tell Action News, Wanya was walking home from school when the incident occurred.
Wanya was able to get free from the rubble and medics transported him to Hahnemann Hospital. His family says he suffered a skull fracture and is being kept overnight.
The home that partially collapsed was up for sale. L&I is investigating.
