A Lebanon County jury delivered the verdict Friday after a two-day trial.
Christopher Scott had faced an assault charge and three other counts in connection with the alleged 2006 attack in his Fort Indiantown Gap office.
Prosecutors had dropped a rape charge before the trial.
In his testimony, Scott maintained his innocence. His lawyer, Bob Keys, says the victim testified that Scott assaulted her, but prosecutors provided no other witness to the alleged attack.
He says a witness testified that she saw nothing improper happen between the pair.
Lebanon County District Attorney David Arnold Jr. declined comment.
