"Idle Free Philly" launches

PHILADELPHIA - October 13, 2009 It's called "Idle Free Philly."

The idea is to report trucks and buses that are left idling, wasting fuel and polluting the air.

Complaints can be lodged at the "Idle Free Philly" website.
