Philly police car hits utility pole

TIOGA NICETOWN - October 16, 2009 It happened around 1:30 a.m. on the 4300 block of Wissahickon Ave in the Tioga Nicetown section of Philadelphia.

It appears the slick roads caused the car to spin out with the rear end striking the pole.

The officer was not injured.
