Police tell Action News that Artega L Green, 31, of Wilmington, was found Wednesday morning near South Heald Street by a passerby. A truck driver spotted something along the road in some weeds, then called authorities.
The Medical Examiner's Office declared Artega's a homicide. She from gunshot wounds to his head and chest.
Delaware State Police are trying to find Green's car, a dark grey 2002 Chevrolet Impala.It has a temporary Delaware registration "XC039915."
Anyone who knows the whereabouts of this vehicle is asked to call "911" immediately.
No one should approach this vehicle if it is seen and the occupants should be considered dangerous.
