JEDBURG, S.C. (AP) - October 21, 2009 Dorchester County Coroner Chris Nesbit identified three of the
victims of Wednesday's crash as the pilot and plane's owner, Peter
Radding of North Charleston, and passengers Edwin Steeble and James
Randolph Hargenrader, both of Summervile.
The fourth man has been identified as 67-year-old Dallas Carter of Laurel, Delaware by the Dorchester County Coroner.
Authorities say the twin-engine Piper PA-23 crashed shortly
after departure around 6:45 a.m. near the Summerville airport in a
rural area near Jedburg, 30 miles northwest of Charleston.
