A 19-year-old man was shot in the chest, a 15-year-old boy was shot in the leg, and a 13-year-old boy was also shot in the leg.
Police believe the 19-year-old was the target. He was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in critical condition.
The other two teens were taken to Children's Hospital for treatment.
It is not clear if the younger teens were targeted, or if they were innocent bystanders.
The suspect fled and remains at large.
