Bird strike forces plane return to Allentown

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - October 28, 2009 It happened around 9:08 a.m. at Lehigh Valley International Airport.

There, air traffic controllers received a call from U.S. Airways flight 909 about the strike.

The plane, an Airbus 319, returned around 9:25 a.m.

There were no injuries.

It is unclear how many people were onboard.
