3 hurt, 1 arrested after SW Philly crash

It happened shortly before noon Friday at 52nd and Woodland Avenue.

Police say the Highway Unit the pursued suspect to 52nd and Woodland where the suspect struck several vehicles.

One suspect was arrested and there were no injuries to police.

Three people, a 28-year-old man, a 58-year-old man, and a 19-year-old woman were taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.

Exactly why they were being chased by police has not been disclosed.
