Milford police seize 13 pounds of marijuana

MILFORD, Del. (AP) - November 19, 2009

Gerardo Torres has been charged with drug trafficking, endangering the welfare of a child, and other crimes. Police say there was an infant in the home when Torres was arrested Monday.

He is being held in Sussex Correctional Institution near Georgetown in lieu of $28,000 cash bail.
