Vandals slashed the tires of over 40 cars in the 8200 block of Fayette Street Saturday night.
Homeowners tell Action News they believe the incident happened between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., right before their neighborhood watch patrol.
Residents say more police patrols are needed in the area.
Police have yet to make any arrests.
