In addition to the rape charges, Allen is also charged with soliciting the girl for sex, and allowing the victim and three other young children to watch pornographic movies with him inside his home. The other victims were ages 5 (female), 8 (male), and 10 (male).
Detectives arrested Allen on Monday. The investigation revealed that the teen had been visiting Allen's Foxchase home over the summer months and was sexually abused on several occasions.
Allen has been charged with four counts of rape in the second degree, three counts of sexual solicitation of a child, one count of unlawful sexual contact, two counts of indecent exposure in the first degree, and four counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
