Cupcakes Gourmet is opening in Wayne, Pa., today, and to celebrate, they're having a cupcake give-away. The shop is located at 279 East Swedesford Road, in Wayne. And from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. today, they'll be giving away free cupcakes.
