A detective obtained information that a prostitute was advertising on Craigslist and Backpage and was operating at a hotel on S. College Avenue.
One male suspect was charged with possession of a firearm by a person prohibited. A second male suspect and a female suspect were arrested on out-of-state fugitive warrants.
A search of the hotel room yielded a .25 caliber handgun as well as over $1,900. The money is suspected to be proceeds from drug and prostitution activity.
Edward Zeigler, 32, is charged with possession of a firearm by a person prohibited and possession of ammunition by a person prohibited. He was committed to Young Correctional Facility.
Alberto Andrews, 30, was a fugitive wanted out of Delaware County, Pa. He was committed to Young Correctional Facility pending extradition.
Stephanie Hahn, 29, was a fugitive wanted out of Bucks County, Pa. She was committed to Baylor Women's Correctional Center pending extradition.
All three suspects reside in Elkton, Maryland.
Detectives are continuing to investigate drug and prostitution activity in the city.
