The victim was found by Port Authority Officers outside of the Delaware River Port Authority Police Department located at 5th and Elm around 5:30 a.m.
He had been shot at least once and was taken by ambulance to Cooper Hospital in extremely critical condition.
So far there is no word on how the shooting happened or the identity of the victim.
