Fernando Soriano Ramos Palestino, 18, was arrested shortly after the incident early Sunday morning. Police say he has no fixed address.
Police were called to the Walgreen's store at 10 N. York Road around 5:00 a.m. for a reported abduction attempt.
When they arrived, the victim told officers a man tried to force her into his car outside the store. The woman was able to break free and alert the manager.
The suspect fled, but police soon found a man matching the description, identified as Palestino, in the parking lot of Bucks Landing Apartments at 120 E. Street Road.
Palestino was arrested and charged with Unlawful Restraint, False imprisonment, Terroristic Threats, Simple Assault, and other related charges.
