Edward Harshaw and Al Brannen will be sworn into office on Wildwood's City Commission at 7 p.m.
They, along with Commissioner Gary DeMarzo, will determine who will be mayor.
Residents last week voted to remove Mayor Ernie Troiano Jr. and Commissioner Bill Davenport from office.
The recall movement began in 2008, largely in reaction to property taxes and municipal spending that some residents considered prohibitively high.
Wildwood has 2,938 registered voters.
