Police say the robbery took place at approximately 2:05 p.m. Friday at the Republic First Bank located at 1818 Market Street.
A suspect used a demand note in the robbery and left with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The suspect is described as a white male in his mid 20's 5'7" to 5'8" tall, thin build, and clean shaven. He was wearing a brown hat and jacket.
There were no injuries reported.
The suspect was last seen heading West on Market Street from the bank.
