SCHOOL DISTRICT OF PHILADELPHIA ANNOUNCES THAT ALL PUBLIC SCHOOLS WILL BE CLOSED ON MONDAY, DECEMBER 21
All School District of Philadelphia schools will be CLOSED on Monday, December 21, 2009, due to this weekend's record snowfall in Philadelphia. All after school activities and yellow school bus service are also canceled for Monday, December 21.
All regional offices and the central administrative will be open two hours late.
The general public and the media are urged to monitor the District's website, www.philasd.org, for any updates throughout December 21. Updated information will also be posted on the District's School Closing Hotline at 215-400-INFO (4636)
