The accident happened just before 6:30 p.m. Saturday on the southbound Blue Route near the Broomall exit.
Police say a 17-year-old male lost control of his vehicle and hit a guard rail.
Five passengers in the vehicle were all ejected.
All six in the vehicle were taken to area hospitals.
None of the injuries are believed to be life-threatening.
