Pedestrian struck by fuel oil truck

WEST OAK LANE - December 29, 2009

It happened around 5:30 p.m. at 16th Street and 66th Avenue.

Police say that's where the 40-year-old man was hit. He has not been identified.

He was taken to Albert Einstein Medical Center in an unknown condition.

Police are investigating.
