It happened on December 12th in the 300 block of Concord Avenue in Wilmington, Delaware.
Investigators say Melvin Morton, 37, walked up to another man and shot him several times in the face with a BB gun.
One of the BBs went into the man's eye.
Arrest warrants have been signed for Morton, charging him with assault and possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony.
Police say Morton frequents the areas of the 1100 block of Pleasant Street and the area of 2nd and Vanburen.
A motive for the shooting is not known.
