Hairstylists make it look so easy: Hollywood curls, elegant up-do's, sleek blow-drys.

But when most of us try to re-create these looks at home, it's not quite the same.

In Touch Studio salon owner Nicole Freeman says, " There are women out there that don't really know how to style their own hair and they come into us for blow-drys and a lot of times they say, 'Oh, I wish I could take you home with me.' " Freeman knows that most of her clients can't afford a personal hair stylist.

So she and the other stylists at her salon decided to share some of their secrets.

"We all thought it would be a good idea to have a "Blow-dry Bootcamp" and teach these women little tips here and there about how to get the style that they want for the evening or whatever event that they have," she says.

On the first Wednesday of each month, clients who pay $20 can get a personal lesson on how to create an instant up-do, a sleek blow-dry or those tousled Hollywood curls.

Appointments for the boot camp are available all day. The stylists demonstrate the techniques and then work with the clients as they learn to master them, using their own brushes, dryers, irons, etc.
