A graying member of the Logan, Utah, Police Department is retiring.

But there won't be a gold watch for Tino.

He's a K-9 cop.

Tino was a puppy when he teamed up with handler and partner Dustin Elleman.

He says Tino has helped to catch more 700 criminal suspects.

Elleman credits Tino with saving his own life when the officer was attacked by a suspect.

But the years are taking their toll on the 11-year-old Tino.

His coat is turning gray and Tino suffers from arthritis.

Department officials aren't sure where they'll place Tino after retirement in August.

But Elleman tells a local paper his four-legged partner will be missed.
