Alex grows back into tropical storm over Gulf

Overcast skies hang over the resort city of Cancun, Mexico, Saturday, June 26, 2010, as tropical storm Alex begins nearing the region. The weather was deteriorating in Belize, Mexico, and along the Yucatan Peninsula, the national hurricane center said, noting that it is too soon to say if Alex would hit the massive oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.
