The accident happened around 12:30 a.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of Ridge Pike in Whitemarsh Township.
Following the accident, two people were able to get out of the wrecked vehicle but a third was trapped and had to be extricated by rescue crews.
All three were taken to the hospital. There is no word on their conditions.
Accident investigators are trying to determine how the driver lost control.
