Police say a couple was eating at an information center in Warren County on Tuesday when a man approached and held them at gunpoint.
Investigators say the attacker tied the man up with rope and duct tape. The suspect then forced the woman into a truck and drove her to a location in McKean County where he sexually assaulted her.
The woman was released and the restrained man was able to free himself. State police found the woman later in the afternoon.
Police say the suspect was driving an early model Chevrolet or GMC truck with out-of-state plates.
