Police say 22-year-old Romie Jervey threatened to shoot a man during a fight on Friday morning. As the man walked away he heard three shots being fired and saw Jervey heading in his direction holding a handgun.
The man went inside a home on Pennewell Drive in the Wilmington area and said he saw Jervey fire two more rounds into a car parked in front of the home. The man said he started following Jervey as he fled the scene and he shot at him one final time.
Jervey is wanted for reckless endangering and aggravated menacing among other charges.
