Authorities say the police cruiser collided with another car at 58th Street and Woodland Avenue in Southwest Philadelphia shortly before 1:00 a.m.
The driver of the other car then crashed into a pole and knocked it over.
That driver, a passenger, and the two officers were taken to a local hospital.
All four are said to be stable.
