It happened at around 1:00 p.m. Sunday near the intersection of 4th Street and St. John Neumann Way.
The child was transported as a Trauma Alert and was in and out of consciousness.
According to people on the scene, the home is a vacant apartment. They say the owner was inside along with her children cleaning the apartment for a new tenant when the child fell out the window.
Police, however, have yet to release their findings.
