But authorities aren't laughing.
Nineteen-year-old Rachel Stieringer is now charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, after posting the baby bong picture on her Facebook page.
Clay County Sheriff's deputies say Stieringer turned herself in July 29.
A spokesman for the Department of Children and Families says the baby had no injuries.
And this week the drug tests came back negative.
Stieringer has been released on about $500 bond.
