A former NASA contract employee has pleaded guilty to stealing a space flight suit with historic significance.
Federal prosecutors say Calvin Smith took the flight suit worn by America's first female astronaut, Sally Ride.
It even has Ride's name patch on it.
Smith is also charged with stealing machine parts.
His estranged wife contacted authorities after finding the items in a suitcase.
Smith faces up ten years in prison, when he's due to be sentenced in November.
