Detectives say the man seen wearing sunglasses in the photos is 48-year-old Michael Crump.
Crump is charged with robbing a 93-year-old woman inside the elevator of her apartment high-rise at 15th and Locust streets.
Police say he's the same man who stole from a mother pushing her baby stroller into an apartment high-rise at 15th and Chestnut streets.
Police arrested Crump Wednesday morning, but his alleged accomplice ran away and remains on the loose.
