It all began around 12:20 p.m. Thursday when officers were conducting an undercover drug buy on Route 1.
At one point, police say, the suspect took off in his car and hit other vehicles, including a police car.
He eventually stopped in Benjamin Rush Park and ran off on foot.
However, police were able to catch up with him.
The suspect, who has not yet been identified, is now under arrest.
No injuries have been reported.
