Investigators say he was shot at least eight times early Saturday morning.
Police say at least one gunman shot him while he was driving on the 2500 block of Silver Street. The shooter kept firing on the victim's vehicle.
His body was found inside a car on the 2600 block of Sterner Street. His car crashed into another vehicle before coming to a rest.
Investigators tell Action News that about 30 shell casings were found near the man's body.
His name hasn't been released.
Police have not announced arrests in the case.
