The fire was discovered around 3:00 a.m. Monday near Loomis Elementary.
Rescuers quickly arrived to put out the fire.
However, once the flames were out, they discovered a body in the driver's seat.
Because of the fire damage, however, they were unable to determine any clues to the person's identity, even unable to tell if the person was a man or woman.
Marple police are investigating and an autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday.
