Twenty-four-year-old William Gibson was arraigned Tuesday on charges he had sex with a girl in May in Liverpool, Perry County.
Gibson, of McAlisterville, was already in custody on a DUI charge at the time of his arrest. He's now charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, aggravated indecent assault and other charges.
Bail was set at $20,000 and Gibson was returned to Juniata County Prison.
It was not immediately clear if Gibson had an attorney.
