Serial bank robber strikes again in Phila.

PHILADELPHIA - September 1, 2010

It was around 9:15 a.m. when, the FBI says, a man believed to be Joseph DiFalco, 32, robbed the M&T Bank branch at 7121 Frankford Avenue and gave the teller a demand note.

The FBI says DiFalco obtained an undisclosed amount of cash then fled on foot eastbound on Princeton from Frankford.

The suspect was wearing a white baseball cap with an unidentified logo, a dark plain short-sleeved t-shirt over a long-sleeved grey shirt. He had on long denim cargo shorts and dark sneakers.

DiFalco is described as about 5'3" tall, 130 pounds with a thing beard and closely cropped hair. He also has large tattoos on his outer forearms.

The FBI says he has no known fixed address at this time, but that he is originally from South Philadelphia and may be staying in the Northeast Philadelphia area.

DiFalco should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information is asked to call the FBI at 215-418-4000 or the Philadelphia Police Department.
