Flames broke out around 11:45 p.m. on the 600 block of W. Oxford Street.
When firefighters arrived, heavy fire was showing on the second floor of the 3-story building.
All residents were able to escape the flames without injury.
The fire was placed under control at 12:17 a.m.
The Fire Marshall was called to the scene to investigate the cause.
