Devine was ordered back to court on October 18th for a pre-trial conference.
The 34-year-old Devine, of Media, was arrested in August after a tip call to the Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Police say they searched Devine's computer, and found 500 sexually explicit images of children.
Devine taught at Penn Wood Elementary School in West Chester, and also ran a day camp.
He was released on bail after his arrest, but had to stay at his mother's home in Chester Heights because his home was too close to another school.
Devine is on electronic monitoring while out on bail.
He is not allowed to have contact with minors and cannot go where minors can be found. He is also not allowed to use computers or the internet.
