This is the 17th year for Phasion Phest Philadelphia. It's a once a year chance to window shop the hottest colors and trends for fall, all in one place, all on one night.
Sharon Phillips Waxman, the Executive Producer of Phasion Phest, told us, "It was an event that was started because of hearing there wasn't any great fashion in the Philadelphia market and so the idea was to showcase all the great fashion retailers and beauty salons in the tri state area."
This year's show will be Tuesday, September 28th, under the Convention Center Tunnel, on 12th Street between Arch and Race. Tickets are $50 in advance, $60 at the door.
Over cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, you can browse the latest in clothing and accessories, get tips on hair and makeup and sample some spa treatments. The theme of this year's event is "Dressed to Kill."

Agencies will also choose Philadelphia's next top model from a parade of runway finalists.
"One of the young ladies will get a contract with a modeling agency, a shoot with a local photographer and also go to NY with a scout to visit the top agencies," Waxman said. "So it's a great evening of fashion entertainment for all.
