Police say 22-year-old Kevin Rasin was arrested at his home in Clayton and charged with murder and weapons offenses in the May 3 slaying of 25-year-old Jose Charriez of Pottstown, Pa.
According to the arrest affidavit, police interviewed a witness who told them Rasin confessed to the killing, and Rasin was identified in a photo lineup by multiple witnesses as the shooter. Some witnesses said six to 10 shots were fired at the vehicle. The affidavit does not provide a motive.
