Football jerseys stolen from Del. school

BEAR, Del. - September 20, 2010

It happened on Saturday between 9:45 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. at the Red Lion Christian Academy in Bear.

Police say an employee of the school had parked a vehicle with a large, black Adidas bag in the back seat.

The bag contained 36 jerseys the football team used for away games.

When the victim returned to his vehicle he discovered that someone had removed the bag.

The jerseys are white with black numbers and are valued at about $3,100.
