Police say 35-year-old Anthony Mumford was stopped early Monday for driving erratically and well below the posted speed limit on Route 13 north of Delmar. They say the trooper detected the smell of alcohol on Mumford's breath and a field sobriety test led to the driver's arrest.
Mumford was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and related offenses. Mumford, who has been charged four times with DUI since 2000, also was cited for driving with a suspended or revoked license and improper lane change.
