It happened just after midnight Wednesday near Cosgrove and Baynton Streets.
One man was hit multiple times in the leg while the other was struck in the hand.
Police believe three men walked up to the victims and opened fire.
Two stray bullets also went through the window of a house. Six people were inside it, but no one was hurt.
Both men shot were taken to the hospital and are in stable condition.
No arrests have been made in this case.
