Nora Gibson, 44, has not been seen since September 18th.
Investigators say there is no indication of foul play, but confirm there has been no communication from her since the 18th.
Gibson normally talks to family members every day, her sister said, and they usually visit their parents a few times a week.
Calls to her cell phone go straight to voicemail.
Gibson is described as 5'6" tall, about 189 pounds with a light complexion.
She drives a light blue 1998 Chevy Cavalier with Delaware tags 469-628.
Police say Gibson's disappearance may be voluntary, and that she may be upset over financial matters.
