The accident happened back in April on the Ben Franklin Parkway.
Hasselback, 22, was charged with aggravated assault and other offenses in the car accident that left Tony Foltz in critical condition.
The 25-year-old Temple law student suffered serious head injuries.
Hasselback surrendered to police a few days after the crash.
He had been due to graduate from Temple in May.
Hasselback faces from 90 days to 34 years in prison when he's sentenced in November.
