A trucker picked up the turtle because he thought it was injured, and took it to Minnesota.
But experts say the fracture in Tucker's shell was old and he's OK.
The Animal Humane Society in Golden Valley, Minnesota says the reptile won't survive a northern winter.
The Humane Society is looking from someone to drive Tucker home to Kentucky.
Experts will check him out before they release Tucker into the wild.
