Pa. police seize pot plants in hanging baskets

SPRING GROVE, Pa. (AP) - October 7, 2010

Northern York Regional police say contractors discovered the plants Tuesday on land owned by paper company P.H. Glatfelter in Jackson Township, York County.

Police don't know who built the baskets, which were suspended 10 to 15 feet off the ground by chains. Investigators say the baskets contained potting soil and marijuana plants ranging from 3 to 4 feet tall.
